Can I return my order?
No, all items under the sale are final sale. Please shop intentionally and contact Customer Love prior to ordering with any sizing, style, or fit questions!
I have a discount code. Can I add it on top?
Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with our Winter Archive Sale. We reserve the right to cancel any orders that have additional discount codes applied to their order.
I have a gift card or store credit. Can I use it?
Absolutely! To use a gift-card or store-credits that have been issued as a gift card, simply enter the code on the checkout page on the right hand side.
What is the ship time for my order during the sale?
We aim to ship your order within 3-5 business days of ordering. However, during busy periods this may take longer. Due to holidays in the US and Canada, it may take additional time to arrive.
I received the wrong colour/item.
Oops! Someone might've been recovering from jet lag, and shipped the wrong one. Let us know, and we'll take care of it. Email contact@encircled.ca and we'll send you a pre-paid label to return the item and once it's tracking, send out the correct goods.
