We'll also drop two secret flash deals on Friday, November 28th at 12AM EST. These are BRAND NEW products not available on our site. Join our newsletter to be notified of those deals first!
What is your returns/exchange policy over the Black Friday weekend?

- Items will be priced / marked down to include the 30% OFF
- Discount on the Black Friday collection drops to 20% OFF on Friday, November 28th at 12am EST. Items will be at that time priced to include the 20% OFF.
- Several flash deals will go live at midnight on Friday!

Do I need a discount code to get the offer for Black Friday? Can I add additional discount codes?
As this is the best sale of the year, no additional codes are allowed on Black Friday items or Flash Sales.
Items are priced as marked and are marked down from the last retail price to include the 30% OFF so you don't need a promo code.
Once the pre-sale 30% OFF ends, prices will be reduced to 20% OFF the last retail price.
Flash deals will be priced as marked.
I have a gift card, Encircled Customer Love Money or store credit. Can I use it during Black Friday?
Absolutely! To use a gift card or store credits that have been issued as a gift card, simply enter the code on the checkout page on the right hand side of the promo/gift card box. Trying to use a Treet code? Please email customer love at contact@encircled.ca so we can help you before you order!
When will my order be shipped?
Due to the high volume of orders, there may be delays of up to 5 business days on top of our standard shipping times.
My order contains an item on pre-order. When will my order ship?
If your order contains an item on pre-order, your package will ship as per the approximate pre-order ship date indicated on the product page, regardless of which shipping option is selected. If your pre-order item is NOT on sale for black friday, your return/exchange period begins when the product arrives at your door.
**Please place your orders separately if you require non pre-order items to arrive ahead of the pre-order item.**
How will my order be shipped? How much will it cost?
Our regular shipping options remain available over the Black Friday weekend. Please see our shipping page here for more information.
Orders shipping to the US are shipped from the US. No duties or tariffs will apply. Sales tax is charged to NY State residents as applicable.
Orders shipping to Canada, Australia or the UK are shipped from Canada. Canadian orders ship tariff/duty-free. Taxes do apply per provincial/federal regulations.
Orders to Australia and UK may be subject to entry duties/tariffs which is the buyer's responsibility to pay.
Can my orders be combined?
Due to how our warehouse system works we are unable to combine orders.
