As we do small batch, local production in Toronto, Canada, we run a limited quantity of colours and sizes. We periodically offer our newsletter subscribers, a pre-order incentive.
Below are a few commonly asked questions and answers about pre-orders!
What happens when I pre-order one of your designs?
You will receive a confirmation email of your purchase. Your credit card will be charged the amount in full, and when the design is in-stock, it will be shipped to you and you will receive a shipping notification with tracking information.
We generally release pre-orders within 2 weeks of the order receipt date, so you will not be generally be waiting longer than 30 days to receive your order. If this or any delivery date changes, we will update you via email.
What if I change my mind before receiving the product and want to cancel my order?
No problem. Just email us at contact(at)encircled.ca and reference your Order # (on your confirmation email).
We will promptly cancel and the refund will go back on the original credit card used for payment.
When will I receive my order?
We do our best to keep customers updated via email about their order status. We also periodically post updates on our Facebook page (www.facebook.com/getencircled).
Once orders are ready to ship depending on your location it will take between 1-7 business days to arrive (within North America). International orders are longer. Check with your local carrier or email us!
What is the return period like for pre-orders?
For pre-orders, they follow the same 14-day return period as our other designs but the return period only starts on receipt of the product. So, if you order a product mid-January and get it mid-Feb, the return period would be ending at the end of Feb.
What if I want to cancel my order after it has been shipped?
Unfortunately, in this case, you must wait to receive the shipment, and send it back to us via expedited shipping with tracking. Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. All other regular customer love policies still apply and can be found here.
If I got a promotional deal on one item, because I ordered another, and want to cancel that other item, what happens?
Unfortunately, pre-order promotions tied to multiple purchases (I.e. Buy X, save A% on Y) are linked and returning or cancelling one item will negate the promotion.
If I order items with pre-order items, what will ship with what, and when?
If you order an in-stock item with a preordered item, the items will be placed on hold to be shipped together.
