Fit

THE CHRYSALIS CARDI

Petite: Perfect for women of any height from sizes (XS-M). The design will also work on women larger than this size but who just prefer a shorter silhouette when styled as the dress looks.

Medium: Perfect for women of any height from sizes (S-XL). The design will also work on women smaller than this size but who just prefer a longer silhouette when styled as the dress looks.

Maxi: Perfect for women of any height from sizes (M-XXL) or those with a broader frame in the hips or chest. The design will also work on women smaller than this size but who just prefer a longer silhouette when styled as the dress looks.

THE DRESSY SWEATPANT:

We recommend staying with your typical size in pants. The cut on the Dressy Sweatpants is slightly looser in the leg, with a fitted waistband that sits at your natural waist.

Our size 2X-4X Dressy Sweatpant is a redesigned fit, proportioned for a curvier figure.

The Petite Dressy Sweatpant has the same classic style of our regular Dressy Sweatpant, but with different proportions to have a more flattering fit for someone who is petite. The inseam of the Petite Dressy Sweatpant is approximately 26", which is 2.5" shorter that our regular Dressy Sweatpant. The rise has also been shortened by 0.5" in the front and back of the pant. View the size chart to find your best fit.

THE EVOLVE TOP:

The fit of The Evolve top is drapey and tapers in at the hip. It fits large. We recommend you size down one size.

The fabric on The Evolve top has a 4-way stretch that will stretch to fit within ~1-2" of the measurements shown.

The fabric is a blend of Lenzing Modal® | Spandex

Modal is a naturally derived, plant-based fabric cultivated from beech-tree pulp which is sustainably sourced in Austria, and neighbouring countries. Modal is made through an environmentally-conscious process where 95% of water and materials used to make the fabric are recycled. The fabric is also OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified which means it is free of harmful chemicals. This soft and drapey fabric feels beautiful against your skin.
Snaps are made from high-quality, rust-resistant metal. They're lead-free, nickel-free and recyclable.

THE DRESSY SWEATPANT:

Our Lenzing MicroModal® fabric is knit and dyed in Canada. MicroModal is a naturally derived, plant-based fabric cultivated from beech-tree pulp which is sustainably sourced in Austria, and neighbouring countries. Modal is made through an environmentally-conscious process where 95% of water and materials used to make the fabric are recycled. The fabric is also OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified which means it is free of harmful chemicals.

🍃 Rib knit Dressy Sweatpant made from a blend of Rayon from Bamboo | Spandex Rib Knit.

Our eco-friendly Rayon from Bamboo rib knit is made from Bamboo fiber grown without pesticides and fertilizers. Bamboo crops naturally replenish and produce a fabric that is breathable, silky and soft. Dyes are hypo-allergenic and OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified to be free of harmful chemicals. This luxurious fabric is smooth, silky and easy to pair with just about anything!

The TENCEL™ Lyocell Evolve Top is more structured compared to our original Modal Evolve Top, while still offering an ultra-soft and stretchy feel. This fabric will hold its gorgeous drapey shape all day long. TENCEL™ Lyocell is made in a closed-loop process, meaning no water, harmful chemicals or bi-products were released back into the environment. Dyes are hypo-allergenic and OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified to be free of harmful chemicals.

Fit,softness, style.

Get the Olive Green colour!

The Olive Green colour is amazing and the perfect neutral to pair with other neutral colours and shades. It was a darker colour in real life then my computer monitor and made it look like a lighter fatigue green colour which I would also love to see in these pants! I was torn between size L and XL (5'7, 46" hips and 200 lbs) and first purchased the large which fits and later decided I would like to try the XL for slightly more drape; as this detail was not as prominent in the L size and looked more like regular leggings. A great staple in my capsule wardrobe, the material feels substantial and thick, very high quality piece as usual from Encircled.

Comfiest pants ever, but fancy!

I’ve been eyeing these pants for so long and I finally treated myself. They are perfect. Super soft and stretchy material, well made. I love that they are made in Canada. The dressy sweatpants are flattering and fall very nicely on the body. Best feature for me is how comfortable they are. It feels like wearing pjs, but I can dress them up and look super professional for work! I love them so much that I just ordered another pair in another colour and I will be ordering more! I hope encircled make a short sleeve jumpsuit with the same pant cut and material for next summer season. Ideally in that lovely alpine colour! Or maybe even a cream or sandy neutral? Either way, Encircled make great clothes and I will be buying more. Perfect for a well curated capsule wardrobe.

Perfect, comfy, stretchy - no baggy knees even on long plane rides, yay!

I have these in two colours, the olive green and the ribbed blue, and love them both. I'm 5'9", 160 lbs and generally a large in pants (size 10 / jeans 30), but for these a Tall - Medium worked best. Very grateful for the different length options - love Encircled!
