What's on sale?
On our last warehouse move we found dozens of incredible, archived styles that are in brand new condition but aren’t part of our current collection.
So, we’ve created a Secret Sale that will be launching tomorrow with prices starting at $29CAD.
I have a gift-card or store-credit. Can I use it?
Absolutely! To use a gift-card or store-credits that have been issued as a gift card, simply enter the code on the checkout page on the right hand side.
What is your returns/exchange policy for items in the Secret Sale collection?
These items are discontinued. So, all the items from the Secret Sale Collection are final sale. Final sale items are NOT eligible for return, refund or exchange. Please visit our returns page here for more information.
My order contains an item for the regular collection, would my order ship all-together?
If your order contains an item from our regular collection and one from the Secret Sale your package will ship separate.
Our regular products ship from our warehouse. The Secret sale pieces ship from our Encircled Studio. If your order is under $225, you may be charged an additional shipping fee due to the two warehouses involved.
Can I combine orders of last chance and regular items?
Due to how our warehouse system works we are unable to combine orders. So, you will have to pay two shipping fees if you order regular items.
