What's the discount?

Can I return or exchange my Semi-Annual Sale order?
We’re giving you the sweetest discount of the year, so there's changes to our regular return program.
- Regular priced merchandise is eligible for return for store-credit only within 30 days.
- Already marked down merchandise (i.e. sale rack items) are not eligible for return, refund or exchange. They are final sale.

When does the sale end?

I have a discount code. Can I use it with the sale?
Unfortunately we can only accept our automatic sale discount codes during this sale time. No additional codes are allowed. We reserve the right to cancel orders with promo code stacking.
I have a gift card, Customer Love Money, or store credit. Can I use it during the Semi-annual sale?

When will my order be shipped?
Due to the high volume of orders, there may be delays of up to 5 business days on top of our standard shipping times.
My order contains a pre-order item. When will it ship?
If your order contains an item on pre-order, your package will ship as per the approximate pre-order ship date indicated on the product page, regardless of which shipping option is selected.
Please place your orders separately if you require non pre-order items to arrive ahead of the pre-order item.
How will my order ship? How much will it cost?

I just bought an item, and now it's on sale. What are my options?
If you bought your encircled item within 48-hours of it going on promotion, we will match the sale price with the difference issued via a gift card. However, please note if you choose the price match the item will be subject to the terms & conditions of our Semi-Annual Sale which means it will be final sale - no returns or exchanges. Email contact@encircled.ca to start this process!
