Can I return my order?
No, all items under in the Sale are FINAL SALE. No returns, no exchanges and no store credit. Styles are up to 60% OFF so this is incredible value!
Please shop intentionally and contact Customer Love prior to ordering with any sizing, style, or fit questions!
I have a discount code. Can I add it on top?
Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with our sale. We reserve the right to cancel any orders that have additional discount codes applied to their order.
I have a gift card, store credit or treet code? Can I use it?
Absolutely! To use a gift card or store credits that have been issued as a gift card, simply enter the code on the checkout page on the right hand side. For Treet codes, please email contact@encircled.ca and we can convert to a gift card for this promo.
What is the ship time for my order during the sale?
We aim to ship your order within 3-5 business days of ordering. However, during busy periods this may take longer. Due to holidays in Canada, it may take additional time to arrive.
Can you ship to the US?
Unfortunately, due to US government policy we no longer ship to the US. Please sign-up for emails to be notified if that changes.
