The holiday time is one full of gifting - and let's be honest, sometimes we gift ourselves! We understand that you may need more time to try out your Encircled purchases, so we offer an extended return period during this time of year.
Online shopping should be simple, and we want to make the returns process as easy for our customer’s as possible. As of February 1st, 2019 we’ll be changing the cost of our prepaid return label from $8.00 to $10.00. The cost of shipping has risen, so we’ve decided to alter our prices to reflect these changes to keep offering a service that we think adds a lot of value to our customer’s shopping experience. In order to be eligible for a return, the merchandise must be unworn and in its original condition. If the item(s) is not in its original condition (I.e. pet hair, makeup stains, smoke or food odour, visibly worn, etc.) you'll be responsible for the loss in value, and are not eligible for a refund. The items will be shipped back to you at your cost upon request.
Merchandise returned that is intentionally damaged or clearly worn will not be refunded. Exceptions are made in the case of manufacturer’s defects. Please contact us for more information.
Refunds can only be done to the original purchaser’s payment method on file with us. Generally, returns are processed within 7-10 business days of receipt at Encircled. Depending on payment method, it may take up to 5 business days to appear on your statement. Outbound shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs, both inbound and outbound, for exchanges. We do not refund outbound postage. Outbound shipments of your new items will be subject to the same ship fees as detailed in our Shipping Rates charthere.
So you’ve received an Encircled design as a gift - lucky you! If for some reason you’re not happy with your gift or you were gifted the wrong size, we’d be happy to return the item in new condition for store credit or make arrangements for you to receive the correct size or colour - this way you can get something you’ll really love.Contact us for help!
Gift Exchanges must be received in new and unused condition and can only be exchanged for other Encircled merchandise. The ‘gifted’ (that’s you!) can request a pre-paid shipping label from us for Canada Post for $8 or you can ship back to us using another provider, both at your cost. You’re also responsible for any outbound shipping charges (unless the order meets our free ship minimums, of course). We can only provide refunds to the original purchaser. If you've been gifted the item, and would like to return it, we can provide you with a gift card for store credit.
We do not provide refunds for the cost to ship back the gifted item for either a refund or exchange.
All markdown items purchased during Black Friday/Cyber Monday are final sale - no returns, no exchanges, no store credit. See your invoice for details.
Items purchased using a gift card are subject to the same terms and conditions as above. Please see back of the gift card for full details. Gift cards are non-refundable and non-returnable, but returns/exchanges can be credited to the card for future purchases.
