What is the Semi-Annual Sale offer?
The Encircled Semi-Annual Sale is 25% off eligible regular-price styles from June 28 to July 2, 2026.
The sale ends on July 2 at 10:00 AM EST, while quantities last.
No code is needed. Products are priced as marked with code added in cart automatically.
Do I need a discount code?
No. The Semi-Annual Sale discount is automatic, so no code is required.
You should see 25% off applied at checkout on eligible regular-price styles.
What is included in the Semi-Annual Sale?
The SAS discount applies to eligible regular-price Encircled styles unless otherwise noted. Sale rack items are also up to 70% OFF
What is excluded from the Semi-Annual Sale?
Sale Rack items, gift cards, and kits are excluded from the 25% OFF Semi-Annual Sale discount.
Sale Rack items are already marked down and are not eligible for the additional 25% off. Prices on Sale Rack items are as marked.
Does the discount apply to Sale Rack items?
No. Sale Rack items are excluded from the SAS discount because they are already marked down. The additional 25% off applies to eligible regular-price styles only. You can find great deals on the sale rack + save already up to 70% OFF!
Can I combine the Semi-Annual Sale discount with another code?
No as this is the sweetest deal of the season, the Semi-Annual Sale discount cannot be combined with other product discounts, order discounts, coupon codes, or promotions.
Only one discount can be applied per order.
Can I use a gift card or store credit?
Yes. Gift cards and store credit can still be applied at checkout during the Semi-Annual Sale.
Gift cards are not discounted as part of the sale, but they may be used as a payment method.
Can I return my order?
Items marked down 25% OFF for the Semi Annual Sale may be returned for exchange or store credit only.
This is subject to our standard return eligibility conditions.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, in returnable condition, and have original tags attached. Return requests must be started within 30 days of receiving your order.
Refunds to the original payment method are not available for Semi Annual Sale purchases.
Can I exchange an item purchased during the Semi-Annual Sale?
Yes. Semi-Annual Sale Styes marked down 25% may be exchanged for store credit, subject to availability and standard return eligibility conditions.
Are Sale Rack items final sale?
Sale rack items are always final sale. No returns, exchanges or store credit. Ask your questions prior to purchasing!
Is free shipping available during the sale?
Yes. Free shipping is available on orders over $250 to the US and Canada.
When will my order ship?
Because of increased order volume during the Semi-Annual Sale, fulfillment may take a little longer than usual.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship throughout Canada, the United States, and select international destinations.
Customers outside Canada and the U.S. may be responsible for duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country upon delivery.
I placed an order right before the sale started. Can I get a price adjustment?
The Semi-Annual Sale pricing applies to eligible purchases made during the active sale period.
Previous purchases are not automatically eligible for sale pricing adjustments.
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
We will do our best to help, but order edits are not always possible once an order has entered the fulfillment process.
If you need to update your shipping address, contact information, size, colour, or item, please contact us at contact@encircled.ca as soon as possible and we will check the order status for you.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
If your order has not entered fulfillment yet, we may be able to cancel it.
If your order has already started processing or has shipped, we will not be able to cancel it, but we can help you with exchange or store credit options once it arrives, as long as the item is eligible.
What happens if an item in my order becomes unavailable?
During the Semi-Annual Sale, some items may sell out quickly.
If an item in your order becomes unavailable due to fast-moving inventory, our Customer Love team will contact you with options. This may include replacing it with a similar style, size, or colour, shipping the rest of your order and refunding the unavailable item, or issuing store credit if preferred.
Can you hold an item for me?
We are not able to guarantee inventory holds during the Semi-Annual Sale.
Items are available while quantities last, and inventory may move quickly.
